LMB → Loket → Mandatendatabank (PRD)

1. LMB → Loket: poll every 1 min

2. Loket → publishes: flush every ~10-13 sec

3. Loket → Mandatendatabank: delta poll every 1 min

Steady state: ~1-2 min

Backups / healing:

• Daily 02:00 (loket): heals missed deltas

• Weekly, Sat (loket): full dump rebuild — mandatendatabank consumer needs a restart to pull this

Cache:

• Daily 07:00: resource/cache restarted on mandatendatabank
