• #171 added a toggle to toggle all agendapoints to be public/private in notulen preview

Deployment guide

This a very simple release with only frontend changes

1. checkout the v2.5.1 tag (git fetch && git checkout v2.5.1)

2. Production only: make sure to bump the version of controle-editor to the correct frontend version (2.13.0)

3. start the stack docker-compose up -d

4. verify it's up
