List of features and flows that are based on assumptions and need to be tested.

Starting point: users know the process, we assist and give pointers on how to use their existing process in GN. The user has the editor role.

  1. Question: how do you work now

  2. Observing: does this work in GN

  3. Nudging: suggest a better way or workaround for missing features

Not in scope of testing:

  • login, user rights > not available in test environment

Priorities in testing:

  1. besluittype plugin (needs to be fixed before testing)

  2. global text editing

  3. RDFA tags and placement of text in the correct tags (related to templates)

  4. sjabloon

  5. citatenplugin (detect issues)

  6. public/not public

  7. signing

  8. publishing

  9. "melden"

User testing

  1. General flow: preparing a meeting

    1. Is the meeting page/structure understood

    2. Is the concept agendapoints understood

    3. Can they fill out the general meeting info?

    4. Can they add agendapoints

    5. Can they add attendees

    6. Can they prepare a "besluit"

    7. Can they vote a "besluit"

    8. Is public/not public understood?

    9. Can they publish a meeting

      1. Is signing a section understood?

      2. Publish an agenda

      3. Publish an excerpt

      4. Publish the notulen

  2. Editor fuctions

    1. Entering/editing text: typing, delete, backspace > where are the issues?

    2. Plugins/templates > is it clear what they do?

    3. Text styling: how much is this used?

    4. Lists: how is this used? What are the limitations?

    5. RDFA: how is this understood? Is it clear what is behind the text input?

    6. RDFA: is text put correctly in the RDFA tags.

    7. Copy/paste: are there a lot of issues? Is this working? Which software are the using to copy/paste

  3. Citatenplugin:

    1. How many citaten does a user want to add at the same time?

    2. Can they find the correct article?

    3. Does the keyword trigger work? Do they know what to type?

  4. Printing

    1. Which pages do they want to print?

    2. How do they print them? Do they need a print button?
