🚀 Verbeteringen

Algemeen

• Breadcrums verwijzen terug naar de overzichtspagina waar je vandaan komt i.p.v. "alle processen"

• De foutmeldingen werden verduidelijkt en verbeterd

• Het SPARQL endpoint is vanaf nu toegankelijk voor iedereen die is ingelogd in de applicatie

• Open Proces Huis maakt nu gebruik van specifieke Open Proces Huis-rollen (zoals OpenProcesHuis-Procesbeheerder en OpenProcesHuis-Lezer) in plaats van de standaard rollen van Loket. Voorlopig kunnen de oude en de nieuwe rechten naast elkaar gebruikt worden.

  • Kort na de release worden de oude toegangsrechten gemigreerd naar de nieuwe zodat de lokale beheerders dit niet manueel moeten doen.

Informatie Asset

• Overzichtspagina beschikbaar voor alle informatie assets binnen Open Proces Huis

  • De tab "Informatie assets" is toegevoegd. U vindt hier het overzicht van de informatie assets die gekoppeld zijn aan een proces dat is aangeduid als blauwdruk

• U kunt nu handig filteren op alle zichtbare informatie in de tabel.

• U kunt eenvoudig doorklikken naar de detailpagina van een specifieke informatie-asset.

  • De URI van een informatie asset is steeds dezelfde

  • Er wordt wijzigingsgeschiedenis van elke asset bijgehouden

  • U kunt bijlagen en links toevoegen, zodat u extra informatie bij een asset kunt bewaren

Integraties

• Documentatie (swagger) toegevoegd voor het gebruik van de api voor leveranciers

• Publieke LDES stream voor proces data

• SPARQL endpoint voor het queryen van proces-informatie

• JSON-LD api voor het aanmaken en editeren van processen als een leverancier

  • Enkel beschikbaar met de nodige toegangsrechten na aanvraag via [e-mail]

• Wanneer een proces is aangemaakt via een integratie wordt de leverancier nu getoond bij de algemene procesinformatie

• Bij processen aangemaakt door de API zal ook in de applicatie zichtbaar door welke leverancier het proces is toegevoegd

🐛 Bugfixes

• Wanneer u de detailpagina van een proces bezoekt via een directe link, wordt de 'relevant voor'-informatie nu ook correct ingeladen, zodat deze gegevens altijd up-to-date zijn

• De breadcrumbs (bovenaan de pagina - toont waar in de toepassing u zich bevindt) werken nu correct wanneer u van een procesoverzicht naar een detailpagina navigeert

General

• Breadcrumbs link back to the overview page you came from instead of “all processen”

• The error messages have been clarified and improved

• The SPARQL endpoint is now accessible to anyone logged into the application

• Open Proces Huis now uses specific Open Proces Huis roles (such as OpenProcesHuis-Process Administrator and OpenProcesHuis-Reader) instead of Loket’s standard roles. For the time being, the old and new permissions can be used alongside one another.

  • Shortly after the release, the old access rights will be migrated to the new ones so that local administrators do not have to do this manually.

Information Asset

• Overview page available for all information assets within Open Proces Huis

  • The ‘Information assets’ tab has been added. Here you will find an overview of the information assets linked to a process designated as a blueprint.

• You can now easily filter all visible information in the table.

• You can simply click through to the details page of a specific information asset.

  • The URI of an information asset remains the same

  • A change history is maintained for each asset

  • You can add attachments and links, allowing you to store additional information with an asset

Integrations

• Documentation (Swagger) added for using the API for suppliers

• Public LDES stream for process data

• SPARQL endpoint for querying process information

• JSON-LD API for creating and editing processes as a supplier

  • Only available with the necessary access rights upon request via [e-mail]

• When a process is created via an integration, the supplier is now displayed in the general process information

• For processes created via the API, the application will also display which supplier added the process

🐛 Bugfixes

• When you visit a process's detail page via a direct link, the “relevant for” information now loads correctly as well, ensuring that this data is always up to date

• The breadcrumbs (at the top of the page – showing where you are in the application) now work correctly when you navigate from a process overview to a detail page
