    • privaat (Bedrijf)

      • rechtsvorm = geregistreerd rechtsvorm = private organisatie, NV, …

    • publieke (Bestuur)

      • "Rechtsvorm" = bestuur, overheiden (organisationclassification?)

      • Kan ook een rechtsvorm hebben van een privaat bedrijf

        • vb: intern/extern verzelfstandigde rechtsvorm (autonoom gemeentebedrijf) ….

We make the assumption that we will split up organisations here, to make it easier to find the right organisation, and scope. This assumption could be challenged. For ERE, they now have "besturen" and "personen", but no private organisations. This could be a problem for Centrale Kerkbesturen (not a public organisation).
