Introduction
Werkingsgebied is an attribute that all Bestuurseenheden inherit (see OrganisatiePortaal Datamodel). The werkingsgebied is expressed as a region where an organisation is active. For worship services, this can entail 1 region (more than one municipality or province) if the worship service is active in several municipalities and/or provinces.

The name of the place
This will transparent for the users. They will be able to select one or multiple cities or provinces from a codelist.
NIS codes are thus - not - needed in this phase. That is however a way to express the area where a Bestuurseenheid is active.

TBD: Do we need werkingsgebied as a separate page for ContactHUB – or do we show it in the overview like erediensten in kerngegevens? This is the only way to link an OCMW and a municipality; the question remains if we should show it as a separate page then anyways?
