Type for maatschappelijke zetel

We decided not to have a type for the maatschappelijke zetel in the overview, the main page, only in the detail page of a maatschappelijke zetel. In Wegwijs they also don't display it.

Maatschappelijke zetel vs. Correspondentieadres

After the usertesting sessions we conducted in June 2021, we realised it wasn't clear what the different terms and their definitions meant for the users. You can read more about the conclusions of the usertesting on the Usertesting page.

Analysis

Problem

At the moment, an administrative unit can have multiple addresses.

• An administrative unit has a Maatschappelijke zetel (Contactinfo attribute inherited from via Agent)

• An administrative unit can have a multiple Vestigingen. A Vestiging can be primary. Currently, this is visualised as "Hoofdgebouw: Ja/Nee" [Main Building: Yes/No]. This is based on a narrow definition, where we're referring to the main building where the worship service takes place.

• The main building is not always the primary mailing address for an administrative unit.

Definitions

Term	Meaning
Primaire vestiging	OSLO Term: Refers to the main office of the organisation, not necessarily the formal headquarters, but the office where the organisation can be contacted by default
Hoofdgebouw	Term used in the worship decree to refer to the main building where the worship services take place. This is used to determine financing
Maatschappelijke zetel	Official legal address of a particular legal entity
Correspondentieadres	The address where the mail is expected. For larger cities, a different address is given, depending on the provided service.

Proposed solution

Primaire vestiging = primair correspondentie adres

  • Condition: Is Vestiging + Vestigingsype = Maatschappelijke zetel

• No changes: We send the primaire vestiging through (this is the Maatschappelijke zetel from SharePoint lists)

Front-end

• Contactgegevens Maatschappelijke zetel (no changes)

• Hoofdgebouw --> Hoofdcorrespondentieadres

• New

  • "Vestigingstype" with the options:

    • Maatschappelijke zetel

    • Hoofdgebouw Erediensten

    • [Future] Correspondentieadres gekoppeld aan dienstverlening subsidies
