Missing information view

If a card doesn't have any data, and is empty, the card should not be visible.

In the example below, there is no information about Aanstelling, Financiering or Voorwaarden. Therefore, only the Positie card is visible to the user. If the user wants to add in this information, they can click on the edit button (Bewerk), where all cards will open in a new page (see further down)
