The contact information page is a page where the user can see a table with all the main contact information for that person, per position. If the person has multiple mobile phone numbers/email addresses/etc available, we will show the primary one in the table, and the additional ones will be shown in a card on the detail page.

The user can access the contact information - information card by clicking on the position the data relates to, they will then be taken to the position detail page, where the all the contact data for that position (as will as other position data) will be visible.

Validation & editing rules

The user cannot create new entities from this page. To add contact information to a person, the user needs to go to the desired position, click on Edit Position and add the information from there.

This flow might need more user testing. Is it clear that you can add contact information by editing a position?

Editing contact information

Not sure if the edit (bewerk) is possible for positions like voorzitter and lid, if its positions in a gemeenteraad or OCMW – as it is part of loket. Do we allow editing here? Or do we redirect to the loket application? Or do we only "view"?

When the user clicks on edit (Bewerk) from the table view, they will be taken to a new page, where a card will be shown to edit contact information for that position only.

Any Aanvullende Contactgegevens is not mandatory, but can always be added and edited.

SM+YB+SP: Editing of contactdetails of lokale besturen is a separate analysis. For now, for the eredienstenpilot editing happens inside the OrganisationPortal. At this moment we will not have data on posities of Loket voor Lokale Besturen
