Status of a document

20/7: Yassin was informed by LOW and the Project Leagal team Erediensten that there is no need to keep the status of a document at present.

30/7: The current scope requires us to be able to upload Notulen, Verkiezingen and a generic category of documents (Erkenningsaanvraag). Erkenningsaanvraag is a broad category that may contain the following documents which will only be uploaded for local faith communities looking to get recognition:

• bevestiging van het representatief orgaan - 200 leden

• Afschrift inventaris gebouwen: • kadastraal uittreksel • titels

• Inventaris gebouw(en) – afschrift van de verzekeringspolissen voor brand en burgerlijke aansprakelijkheid

• Inventaris gebouw(en) – attest brandweer

• jaarrekening voorlopig bestuursorgaan

• jaarrekening verbonden juridische structuren

Next to the 3 documents, we need the ability to upload decisions that can be later related to a change event. These are the decisions that the business would like to be able to record:

• Erkenningsbesluit

• Samenvoegingsbesluit

• Naamswijzigingsbesluit

• Besluit wijziging gebiedsomschrijving

• Opheffingsbesluit

• Sanctiebesluit
