Feature passport: Report wrong data
Feature description
A user needs to be able to report wrongly input data.
When a user has editing rights, they are responsible for keeping the data correct and up to date. However, not all users have editing rights and not all data can be edited.
Users need a report button to report any wrong data that they cannot edit.
Solution
Users with Read only rights
When the user has read-only access to the application, they won't see an Edit button in the top right corner of the page. Instead, they'll have the option to report wrongly input data:

In the future, we plan to give an email that links the request with a Jira ticket
Users with editing rights
When the user does have editing rights, they will not see the report button on the view page, but rather, on the editing page. This forces the user to firstly edit the wrongly input information themselves. When the wrongly input data isn't editable (e.g. Type Bestuur), they can report this through the same link as the people with read-only access.
