  • Front-end features; none / only dev people can delete data

  • Archiving data is possible

  • History of changes is about who made any change

  • Demo was made β€”> there’s a video

  • Who will use this? Sofie & Yassin, perhaps one person of each department

  • Why? Everything is linked β€”> Duplicate organisation β€”> If something is entered incorrectly. Audit &educational purposes.

  • Only used for AB currently, not in a general branch. Loket night be able to use it. Users of Loket input in Loket and it’s send to OP. If we want to make it work in OP it needs to work in Loket as well. End-users change it in Loket.

Different goal for end users and internal users.

  • Quality of the data β€”> internal audit β€”> OP is looked for data quality β€”> it is on the back-end.

Technical constraints;

  • Data retention; how long doe we need to keep data for?

  • 1 year OR 10 changes

Currently existing;

  • Overview of who edited / when / show details

  • Filter on date

  • Detail: insert + all links that were touched

  • Detail other field: What the field was prior & what it changed to
