Users are allowed to create new entities as well as edit information where available. If the VJS is an entity created within the OrganisationPortal in the past, the user will be able to click on "Bewerk" to access the detail page in edit mode and edit information.

The table could also show VJS from other sources. These cannot be edited and clicking on their names will take the user to a different application, where they might be able to edit the information. [OCMW example on figma]
