Validation and editing rules

Users can create a new entity [person], as well as edit personal information.

To create a new person, the user needs to [for the MVP] go onto the positions or governing body page of the administrative unit they want the person to have a position in. [We will also add creating persons from the person overview page]

When creating a new person, if the user adds a Rijksregisternummer, we will check whether it already exists in the database. If it does, the user will not be allowed to add this person.

To edit information, the user needs to click on "bewerk" on the top right of the personal information page.

To be able to edit sensitive information, there is an extra required flow, documented on the Personal data request page.
