Worship services Organisatieportaal (WOP)

What is WOP?

WOP is the abbreviation for Worship services Organisatieportaal.

The OrganisatiePortaal (OP) is an application available only to employees of ABB. The WOP makes data on worship services from OP available to a select external group via a separate application.

Data of OP which can be consulted (not edited) via the WOP:

• Organisation types:

  • Worship service (Bestuur van de eredienst)

  • Central worship service (Centraal bestuur van de eredienst)

• Their Governing bodies (Bestuursorganen), and their

  • Board members (Bestuursleden)

  • Mandataries (Mandatarissen)

• Ministers (Bedienaren)

Which external groups can access the WOP?

• Representative bodies (Representatieve Organen)

  • In the WOP, they can see all the worship services and central worship services that are linked to them in OP on the related organisation page.

Example: OP page 'Related organisations'

• The representative body 'Bisdom Antwerpen' will see the data of the worship service 'Kerkfabriek O.-L.-Vrouw van Nijlen' in the WOP.

• Other representative bodies will not see this worship service. They will see other worship services where they have a relationship with.

• Supervisory and co-financing municipalities and provinces (Toezichthoudende en mede-financierende gemeenten en provincies)

  • In the WOP they can see all the worship services and central worship services in which they are involved on a supervisory or co-financing level. This is registered in OP, via the local involvement (Betrokken lokale besturen) page.

Example: OP page 'Local involvement'

• The municipalities Nijlen, Antwerpen and Lier will see the data of the worship service 'Kerkfabriek O.-L.-Vrouw van Nijlen' in the WOP.

• Any other municipality will not see the data of this worship service in the WOP because they have no involvement in that worship service. They will see other worship services where they do have an involvement.

Controller-identifier service

Controller identifier is used on QA and PROD to switch between users login in order to mimic the mock-login experience on DEV.
