OP-1960: Improve CSV's generation from SPARQL query(ies) to provide Arianne Van Lancker with some contact information she requested to Veronique (13/12/2022)
Generate one or more CSV’s containing PRD-data for the following elements requested by Digitaal Vlaanderen:
Name and first name of the current mayor (burgemeester) for every municipality.
{E-mail address belongs under the contact details linked to the position of mayor. I see that nothing has been filled in for the mayor of Roeselare. I also looked at a few other West Flemish municipalities and did not find any contact details for the mayor so I think we do not store this.}
Name and first name of the current general manager (algemeen directeur) for every municipality + the e-mail address. This address is part of the contact details associated with the position of general manager and we have it in OP.
KBO-number + the address of the town hall for every municipality

In bijlage vind je de gevraagde gegevens die we ter beschikking hebben in het OrganisatiePortaal (OP).
Burgemeesters_20221220.xlsx
Inhoud: voornaam + achternaam + gemeente + adres gemeentehuis + KBO nummer (+ adres maatschappelijke zetel volgens KBO)
Burgemeesters hebben verschillende statussen (titelvoerend of verhinderd, effectief, waarnemend).
Enkel de effectieve burgemeesters zijn opgenomen
titelvoerend is niet weergegeven, wel de waarnemende burgemeester
Vb.: Mechelen
Titelvoerend burgemeester (Bart Somers) = niet in lijst
Waarnemend burgemeester (Alexander Vandersmissen) = wel in lijst
E-mailadressen zijn niet toegevoegd, hier hebben wij geen decretale basis voor.
261 gemeenten hebben hun algemeen directeurs ingegeven
39 gemeenten dienen hun leidinggevenden nog aan te vullen

We hebben momenteel geen informatie over communicatie ambtenaren in het OP. Het zou interessant zijn om in het OP te nemen, maar ik kan hier geen termijn op kleven.
Voorlopig hebben we nog geen bevraagbare dataset die altijd up-to-date is. Informatie kan altijd ad-hoc opgevraagd worden.
