Can we create a central knowledge base for the data queries, validations, ...
There will be two checks on the data
ABB: central reporting
for the PM's/PO's
for the business to nudge the local governments to fill in the correct data
BC&K: via dashboards
for the business for investigations, parliamentary questions, ...
Comparison between the two checkpoints need to be configured as well.
