Sidebar/toolbar UI improvements

Goal: create more focus in the sidebar. Assumption: reduce visual impact of plugins that are not relevant to the user.

Types of plugins/action

  1. Global: only visible in the toolbar. Clicking either a modal or completes an action

    1. besluittype plugin (modal)

    2. text styling buttons (action)

    3. annotation toggle (action)

  2. Insert: only visible in the sidebar in the "insert" dropdown. Clicking can trigger a modal, a plugin card or complete an action

    1. sjablonen plugin (plugin card)

    2. besluit plugin: title | article (action)

    3. citaten plugin (plugin card)

    4. mobiliteit plugin (modal)

  3. Update: visible in the sidebar as a plugin card after clicking in a placeholder

    1. citaten plugin (plugin card)

    2. parameter

    3. (date plugin, location plugin, ...)
