GN-3644 - within the register of reglementen

template delete RS - what with data? what with attachments?

Perspective Registry

As a user I want to be able to delete a RS when it's not pushed to GN/other yet. All information on the template will be deleted.

Codelists will not be changed upon delete of a RS template. Though the link to the RS template will vanish.

As a user I want to be able to make a template inactive - if it has been pushed to GN/other software already. It should receive a state "inactive" and an date (the start date of being inactive, the end date of being active).

  • Once a template is set to inactive, we can still copy this template to create a new one

  • As a user I can set the "inactive date" prior to the date itself, but not afterwards.

  • Ideally we can make it active again, if this is possible, we need several active / inactive dates. As a RS template can always become inactive.

  • linked or documents based on an inactive template in GN or other software not published yet receive a clear message "the template upon which this document has been based is set to inactive from date onwards..."

As a user I want to be able to add/change a template and re-push it to GN/other software. When this happens, I want a message on the templates within GN that there has been a change // or inform the end user of GN/other sw in a certain way.

As a user I want to be able to comment on the changes I made to give some information to the GN/other sw user. Ideally the changes I made are made visible to that GN/other sw user.

A GN User needs to have a linked overview of the templates which were adapted/set to inactive in order to revise published reglementen or not yet published reglementen.

Perspective IRGN

As a user I want to be able to delete a reglement I made within GN.

If it's not yet attached to a decision - it just happens

If it's attached to a decision - that is already published or signed, we can make it inactive (archive it) We need an overview of the archived / inactive decision (as it should be possible to make them active again)

If it's attached to a decision - only one that is not yet published or signed, we can make it inactive. We have to detach it first in order to delete it.
