Publications

Currently there are 4 types of publication possible for a meeting

  • an agenda

  • the decision list

  • an extract (one full treatment of an agendapoint)

  • the notulen

These publications are build from the meeting data.

Agenda

The agenda uses the following datapoints

  • meeting planned start date

  • meeting organized by

  • meeting agendapoints:

    • title

    • description

    • link to previous agendapoint

    • type*

The type of the agendapoint is set on publication of an agenda. An agendapoint gets a type related to the first agenda it was published on. (so first on the planned agenda -> planned, first on aanvullende -> aanvullend, etc).

Other than setting the agendapoint type, publishing an agenda has no side effects on the meeting data.

Decision List

The decision list uses the following datapoints

  • meeting planned start date

  • meeting start date

  • meeting end data

  • meeting organized by

  • treatment of agendapoint

    • subject (the agendapoint)

      • title

      • type (if set)

    • previous treatment

    • decision(s):

      • title

      • description

    • votes:

      • subject

      • result

Publishing a decision list has no side effects on the meeting data.

Extract

An extract uses the following data points:

  • meeting planned start data

  • meeting start date

  • meeting end date

  • meeting organized by

  • treatment of the agendapoint:

    • all datapoints related to the treatment

Publishing an extract locks the treatment of the agendapoint in the meeting, it's also no longer possible to remove the related agendapoint from the agenda.

Notulen

Notulen use (almost?) all meeting data

Publishing a notulen triggers the meeting in a read only mode, it's no longer editable.
