1 Is the management of measures part of the IRGN-scope, or another feature?
Historically the management of measures was part of the admin-panel in IRG. Since the functionallity of IRG will be replaced by the Registry and IRGN we need to find a good place to host these controls.
IRGN's main focus is the support of 'lokale besturen' and the Registry will become the main(/single?) point of knowledge for this support. Following this statement the logical solution would be to add the admin-features directly to the registry.
2 Is IRGN part of the 'embeddable'?
Needs to be discussed with devs & suppliers. Currently only CClear has this question?
3 Users & Rights support
What to do when 1 users wants multiple active rolls(/rights)?
e.g.: road authority City X & road authority City Y (same rights different cities)
4 What to do when a transition-period of a measure ends?
What to do with the old measure? - no issue within IRGN or GN, as this is not the measure repository. Within Register van Maatregelen the end date will be added, and the state will be "non-active"
5 Status of a measure?
6 Does a new (measure?=RvM) -> AR in IRGN always start with an import /intekening ?
Or should both be available? -> 1st step focus on both ways

are seperate fields necessary for the code of a traffic sign and the code of a sub-sign (sub-sign = under-, or x- sign)
