Published meeting/agendapoint (to test)

Goal

When a meeting is published it should be locked from editing. The agendapoints included in this meeting also need to be locked from editing.

Current state

Agendapoint

• editing is disabled

• a info message is shown that the agendapoint is not editable because it is published

• rdfa-annotations are still shown

Meeting

• The agendaitems that are published are locked

• In the agenda manager these items are not editable and show a "Agendapunt gepubliceerd" label

• In the treatment section the agendapoints are not editable. The voting and visibility are locked and the editor view is replaced by a link to the agendapoint.

A preview of the agendapoint content with a link would provide a more consistent design between published and not-published agendapoints. It could also be more usable if we could open the agendapoints in a fullscreen modal so you don't have to leave the meeting view.
